DELIVERY

Standard delivery - Free : Within 3-4 working days.

Special Outlet Conditions: Please note that during our online Outlet sales, Express delivery and in-store pickup options are disabled.

RETURNS

Returns for Outlet items are at your expense. A fee of CHF 7,00 will be deducted from your refund to cover return shipping costs. Returns for Outlet items are only accepted by mail; no in-store returns will be accepted for Outlet orders. If your order includes both Outlet items and current collection items, the return shipping costs for current collection items are waived.

You also have the option to pay in 4 installments at no cost for orders ranging from 30 euros to 2,000 euros (with monthly deductions).

APPLE PAY

Payment for your order can be made online using Apple Pay. After confirmation of your payment by our payment provider, the total amount of your order will be debited from your Apple Pay-associated account. This solution ensures a fast and secure payment process for your order.
