Delivery is available for the mainland Switzerland. Delivery dates may be longer during sales periods. Deliveries are guaranteed within these timeframes for any order placed before noon, from Monday to Friday :

DELIVERY TO STORE - FREE
Within 3 to 4 working days, excluding corners and outlets.
RETURNS
In-store return - Free : To make a return in-store, go to one of our Sandro boutiques in Switzerland (Excluding affiliates, corners and outlets) with your order number and items, within 30 days of receiving your parcel.
Return by post - CHF 6,95 : To make a return by post, you have a period of 14 days from the date of receipt of your order to print out your returns label and return one or more of your items to us. All postal returns are at your expense : CHF 6,95 will be deducted from your refund.
