DELIVERY
Delivery is available for the mainland Switzerland. Delivery dates may be longer during sales periods. Deliveries are guaranteed within these timeframes for any order placed before noon, from Monday to Friday :

RETURNS
You have a period of 14 days from the date of receipt of your order to print out your returns label and return one or more of your items to us by post. All postal returns are at your expense. 4.95 CHF will be deducted from your refund.
We remind you that the easiest and quickest way to make your return is to go to one of our Sandro boutiques in Switzerland, within 30 days of receiving your parcel. In¬store returns are free of charge.
