You can pay for your purchases remotely and securely via the link sent to you by your sales adviser at the end of your shopping session.
3. What are the delivery methods available for virtual shopping?
Enjoy free home delivery within 48 - 72 hours or collect your shopping from the store.
Store collection is by appointment only, purchases will be hand delivered to you at the entrance.
4. How do you access this service online?
Visit our store locator here, go to the page for the store where you want to do your shopping and access the service by clicking on the "Virtual Shopping" button.

6. How do I return unsuitable items purchased when virtual shopping?
You have 30 days from the date our stores reopen to return your items.
Returns are accepted at all our stores in Switzerland (excluding department stores, affiliate stores and outlets – the list is available on our website www.sandro-paris.com)
Returns for items purchased when virtual shopping during lockdown will be accepted by appointment only with refunds being the only option (we cannot offer exchanges or credit notes during this period).
Exchanges will only be possible once lockdown is over.
